Leg Curl

10 sets x 10 reps each set

DB Walking Lunges

10 sets x 40's - 10 reps each set per leg

Bent Over Stiff Leg with DB's

10 sets x 70's - 10 reps each set

Calf Raises

200 total reps

Bentover BB Rows

10 sets x 225 - 10 reps each set

Standing Hammer Curls

10 sets x 40's - 10 reps each set

Abs

700 total reps today and I'm smoked!

We will be having a knee wrapping clinic next week to teach our newbies and current in training teammates on how to wrap knees. We feel everyone needs to know how to wrap knees and do it more instead of the main 5 or so that's always doing it. Your not going to get better doing something if are not doing it. The more our Team grows, the more lifters that compete at once we need to make sure everyone is involved and knows what they are doing. Next week will involve a lot of these type of things. I will be making videos of this too post up for next week as well in hopes of helping others out there on how to wrap knees. Stay tuned....
