This week I'm back to pressing again, overhead pressing that is. I had made mention a week or so back about me getting back to the real meat and potatoes of my bench press training and this is me staying true to that statement. Just simply doing bench press is not the answer to increase your bench press. Incline presses and overhead presses are two key components that many lifters neglect or completely are not aware of. The benefits of these two exercises to the bench press are immeasurable.
