  • 585 x 1 - added Jack deadlifter - straps down

Ab Work
  • 105 x 15 x 3
This was the first time over 600 in 3 weeks and had significantly less SI pain than I've had in two weeks which made me very happy. This is also only the second time I've ever pulled in the Jack deadlifter with the straps up. It's going to take some getting used to since it's much different than my King and I'm going to need to learn where the straps need to be set. They were way tight on the 655 and I almost couldn't get to the bar. Neither of these pulls were pretty by any stretch of the imagination, but I stood up with them.
