Abs

Smoked. Destroyed. Killed. I was all three after this. I'm really pushing myself right now and it feels good to do so. I was super happy with the Incline BP sets. I was really worried about these with my shoulder but not going all the way to my chest seemed to keep unnecessary pressure off of it.

The rev band floor press was something I seen Matt Wenning do sometime back and I love them. It allows me to really hold some weight and do tons of triceps building. Give it a try!

So far so good with my body holding up!
