Still sick as hell. My body feels like I have been in a car wreck or something. I sucked it up today and dropped to my next rev band size in our training cycle, EliteFTS Pro Average Resistance Band.

Someone asked me the other day why I would want to do a raw meet again after almost 10 years. I said why not?! I like challenges. How many 44 year old guys you know that can squat 800 pounds raw? How many 44 year old guys do you know still benching high 700's in multiply? How many guys do you know 44 years old squatting 900 pound in multiply? How many 44 year old guys do you know going after their 5th elite total? Hell how many 44 year old guys do you know that compete raw and multiply and at an elite level. Even better how many 44 year old guys do you know that are even still competing after 25 years of competing? There was my answer to that person.

I have goals I am still chasing. I am not done yet....
