We have continued body buffering my pec and finished up the prolotherapy that has seemed to do its job thus far. I am still not doing anything full range on bench nor testing anything in my shirt just yet. I want to fully heal up. A few weeks off from these things are not going to set me back they will allow me to heal up and be prepared for my meet. Floor presses are on tap for today....
