Made the trip to London to train at Elitefts. Besides the environment, equipment and coaching it is worth the drive to see the people I've become friends with over the past year and a half of training there. This workout I trained with JD and Lily, Ted Toalston and Steve Diel, who I normally train with weren't there.

JD and I hit some box squats with the SSB, which I typically hate, but the elitefts ssb is 1000x better than the no name safety squat bar that we have at our gym. I worked up to an easy single at 455, nothing heavy but my back isn't 100%.

Warmup: 3x15 reverse hyper 3x15 standing abs

bar x10 135x5 185x5 225x5 275x3 315x3 365x2 405x1 455x1

I would have liked to keep going but my back isn't 100 %.

4x10 Belt squat on the Pit Shark - I really never used one before, but Lily was doing it so I figured what the heck. I didn't really go very heavy but I am pretty sore from it, due to my weak hips.

4x25 seated hamstring curl 3x20 seated ab crunches.

All and all it was a great day. Nothing beats heading up there, getting a good training session in with some good friends.
