Meet was Sunday and I did this Tuesday.

If you read my meet write up you see that I came to the conclusion that I need to tweak some things based on my lower body weight. Bar positin and stance are my focus. To get a jump I hit the gym 2 days post meet to play with things.

Squat. I used a wider grip due to elbow pain but a lower bar position. I am a high bar squatter so my low bar is still petty high. I felt like the bar was on my ass though. I watched the vids and it may have been an inch lower. Felt like a mile though. I also brought my stance in a good 6-8 inches. The goal wasnot to fall on my face. I didn't. I also focused on pushing into the bar with my back as opposed to standing up with my legs.

done. I got a little carried away. The next day my legs were mangled. I felt all over the ace but I'm need to adjust things.

I definitely did not do this for the bench on Thursday.

I sold my kegerater today. My wife had a yard sale and she needed a big ticket item. I love beer. I love liquor. ........but I need to adjust my lifestyle a hair to match my goals. Drinking a keg everyone month isn't exactly in line with them lol. I am also becoming a fond drinker of the craft beers. I like variety each week and the kegerater limits that. I sold it to my neighbor so that I know it's safe and in a good home. I miss her though. I wonder if she misses me?
