A couple of post's ago I talked about scheduling clients back to back and included how I like to conduct myself by taking on four then an hour break. Well, I got greedy this week and was to paying attention to all the blocks filling up on my schedule and booked 7 clients back-to-back. Not only does this go against my methods as a strength coach to keep on my game, it will also take away from training. I do not know how but I pulled through and not by a little but overwhelmingly better than I could have wished for.

Last heavy Upper fell on a sturdy morning (I dislike training in mornings). This sessions was at our normal time. My previous Incline press was 320 and the third rep I believe was roughly a 5-7 second press. It was awful and took every ounce of strength I had. Fast forward till today and I went only for a small 5lb PR over last heavy day. I did not only get it I had some left (not much at all). My form by rep three was atrocious but it still went up. Hoping to see some major improvements in bench this training cycle.
