As mentioned in an earlier vlog, I am injured with 2 strained adductor's. Getting into Sumo stance is very painful so we are letting them chill out for a bit. I also took this week off from squatting under load and stuck with goblet paused squats. I am pleased with these deadlifts as my form was not compromised to much as it usually gets going opposite stance, I think there was more in the tank as well, should have went for 615.
