Yes I am back dating so that my training log is in chronological order and you all don't miss anything. After my injury training days and recording / posting updates got all funky so this is how I am going to keep everyone up to date, it will just be a week or so behind for a few weeks.
I FINALLY got to see my favorite person again and spend the whole weekend with the whole family. This was a great relationship builder for me and Julia, I got a lot of interaction with the kids and as you can see in training I had a little helper the whole time and she was wonderful :)
