The Dynamic Effort days are more taking (IMO) then the traditional way I am used to doing speed anything. The first 5 sets get we winded and really make me focus on form and then the up sets make me work and I can really focus on technique. The upsets on this day got heavy really quick, since I used wraps I flip flopped my training maxes, who I mean is on the sets that were prescribed not to use wraps I went off of my unwrapped max, when I hit an up set that called for wraps my number drastically increased as I went off of my last meet wrapped PR. Although this was a larger jump I have learned how to use wraps very well (maybe to well) compared to my un wrapped squat, either way I got under heavier weight and had fun all while being able to move heavy weight faster (strength speed).
