I haven't squatted in anything but my new elitefts sleeves, which are awesome, lately. I am trying to decide if I am going to do a meet this fall or not. I will take a heavier squat next week and see where I am at. Today I wanted to work up to 555 in light wraps and see how it felt.

They felt pretty decent. I recently switched back to my Olympic lifting shoes and a closer stance, which I am still adjusting to. I think it will be a good change for me.
