It seems I have a new job title on training days. "The Official Knee Wrapper" is what I have become. I'm here to tell you wrapping knees is no joke. It's stressful, hard work and really tough on your grip and forearms. In fact it's down right almost considered cardio.

I guess the guys who come to train trust my wrap job. If Ken can squat 925 lbs with me wrapping his knees I must be getting them tight enough. There is so much to know about wrapping knees, different types of wraps and personal preference.

I came across this great article the other day, all the in's and out's to knee wrapping.

It's a great read, I have had my knees wrapped so tight the backs of my knees bruised for week. It's another art and science behind the scenes of Powerlifting. Nothing comes easy however hard work and dedication pays off.
