No one is forcing you to train. You're not a warrior. You don't sacrifice your life to do this shit. You willingly give up things in order to chase something else you love. And don't get me wrong, I'd willingly die for this sport, and while that is cringey as all hell, it's the bottom line truth. I care about this and my legacy than I do most anything else.
However, every time I step into the gym, I am willingly doing so and I am so fucking glad I live a life where I can choose to spend my time that way. Not every human on the planet is so lucky. And even on the hardest days you cna possibly have where your boss was a dick, you didn't get any sleep, you're running out of money, and everything seems to be working against you, you choose to powerlift. You take control over a singular aspect of your life. Don't ever feel like that's a burden, because if it is or if you ever feel truly burnt out, I don't think you were ever really in it in the first place.
So remember. Treat every day in the gym as a gift, because it really is. Even when it's all shit, it's better shit than it could be.
