I had to wake up early to hit it this morning due to being stuck late at work. The caffeine pill and cereal combination didn't sit well, because halfway through the workout I spent an extra 30 minutes puking my guts out in the bathroom. I'm excited for the continuation of this block but it is damn sure going to be rough!

4:0:4 Tempo Squats 535x4 535x4 These tore me up. Haven't ever done much concentric tempo training, as I'd prefer doing reps in hypertrophy blocks but coach says it so I do it. Absolute hell lol.
