When going into my ME Upper day, I planned on doing some heavier triples or doubles on floor press. Based on the fact they all felt pretty damn easy, I decided to say fuck it and see what I could push. Sometimes you just have to do what your body tells you and go for it. I ended with a 385lb PR. 405 is now in sight.

B. Incline DB Bench 90lb DB 4x10 w/ 3:1 Tempo
C. Low Cable Fly 4x20 (Hold contraction as hard as possible for three seconds)
D. Lat Pull Down 4x15
E. Close Grip Cable Row 4x15
F. Machine Lateral Raises 4x12
G. Triangle Tricep Pushdowns 4x20 w/ dropsets
