So on my OHP day my warm ups were feeling pretty heavy and shitty. I jumped heavier than I usually do in the beginning and Briar my training partner said maybe we should start warm ups over again (since we weren't that deep into them yet). It was a smart move and I felt much better after getting into my heavier sets. So much better I decided to say fuck it and go for a PR of 250 and I happened to double it. So there's that. I pushed my squat workout back to Tuesday because I was heading to EliteFTS to do my athlete profile and also hit my squat opener in front of Dave so he could check out my form (since I'm going back to raw lifting). Dave said my form was perfect for what I'm doing. I still sit back in the squat with a medium to wider stance which will carry over well when I decide to go back into gear. I had a blast training with my buddies John and Ben and can't wait to see the footage they got of us all training!
