Wednesday was my last heavy Deathlift sesh of my Olympia prep. I am very pleased with how it went and also that 800lbs is becoming an everyday weight. It came off the floor very easy this day but it started to whip like a sob so I slowed down, which was a mistake. It just made the lift harder than it had to be. This will be my planned second attempt.
