Today was a lighter day for speed squats. Really focusing on keeping the form perfect and being explosive. This training session marked the 5 week out mark from the Old School Iron Gym Summer Showdown on August 6th in Brook Park, Ohio. These next couple weeks will determine openers and attempts that will be used in the meet. I obviously already have some ideas in mind, but it's all about the feel.
