Deadlift has been my most frustrating lift, staying relatively stagnant for a few years. I made small gains, but nothing compared to squat and bench. And all of a sudden I pulled 805, a 50# PR, with at least another 30# in the tank.

I'll be honest in saying I don't know exactly what got me to this point. I have a few ideas. I know improving my technique has helped tremendously. But I'll have to sit down after the training cycle and break down the path I took to got here over the last 6 months.
