I started off the morning by having to put ice on my elbow since it was still hurting from deadlifting yesterday. I almost called John and told him I wasn't going to be able to bench today, but after taking a couple of tramadol and wearing a tighter elbow sleeve I was able to do more than I was expecting and stuck to the plan. During the floor press something shifted or moved in the elbow and I had to throw in the towel. Over all I am not disappointed with the day and had a good time benching.
