Tuesday Lying Front Raises--6,6,6,20 Incline Fly--12,12,10,8 Sled Fly 20 yards x 4 sets 10 minutes Occlusion Training My upper body still feels pumped from these two days, after May 20 th one hundred percent changing things and will provide good documentation.
