Men: While wearing a shirt and standing with your arms at your sides, measure around the widest part of your chest, shoulders, and upper back. Divide this measurement by two and use the chart below.
Women: While wearing a shirt, measure around the upper chest and back directly under the armpits. Divide this measurement by two and use the chart below.
