AbMat U-Bell
U-Bells increase the difficulty of overhead movements such as Turkish getups, overhead presses (kneeling, half-kneeling, standing), KB windmills, isometric holds, and overhead squats. While not an exhaustive list, U-Bells unlock new possibilities for smarter and safer training.
The ultra-wide handle makes two-handed kettlebell swings extremely comfortable. The bottom portion of U-Bells act as “handles” and work especially well for goblet squats and other front rack movements.
U-Bells are available in five sizes: 18LB, 26LB, 35LB, 44LB, and 53LB. The sizes and AbMat branding are debossed into the ductile cast iron parts and finished with black sandtex powder coating. U-Bells are proudly made in America.
