Black 4" Cambered Bar

If your bench and chest need more work, and you are weak pressing off your chest, the Black Cambered Bar belongs in your rotation.

A cambered bar lowers the load compared to a standard bar path. That means more range of motion and more time under tension in the bottom. It’s a simple way to build power off the chest, hammer the triceps, and clean up control in the hardest part of the press.
