elitefts Core Blaster T-Bar Row Handle

The elitefts Core Blaster T-Bar Row Handle gives you another way to build your back, core, and total-body strength with your Core Blaster setup.

Slide the handle onto the end of your barbell and get to work. Its wide design gives you a strong two-handed position for T-bar rows and other pulling movements. You can use it to add more rowing angles to your training and target the lats, upper back, traps, rear delts, arms, and core.

The handle can also be used with rotational movements to make your Core Blaster setup even more useful. Changing your grip, stance, load, and movement gives you more ways to attack weak points without filling your gym with another large machine.

At 31.5 inches wide with 17.5 inches of space from handle to handle, this attachment provides plenty of room for a strong rowing position. It weighs 10 pounds and comes standard with a black textured finish.
