This 7 foot bench log fits in a power rack and will allow you to train your overhead press without having to clean the log or set up the safety pins in your power rack. Also, great for bench pressing and adding some variety into your training. This bar is not for beginners! It weights 97lbs and is freight delivered. For serious lifters only.
