Sizing Instructions: Measure around the area of your stomach where the belt will be worn with a relaxed stomach (not sucked in or pushed out). Subtract 2 inches from that measurement to determine your size.
Example: 36" stomach measurement - 2" = 34", which falls within the Large size range.
