Warm up: box jumps 10 x 1
Squats - todays focus is technique: the unrack, bracing, and arching through my upper back. I only went up to 105lbs for triples - ideally you would want to work on this with weight that will break your technique down but after squatting 400lbs last week, I just needed to work through and feel the process of the start of the squat. The start of any lift will determine how you execute it.
Squats 8 x 3
- banded Fatbell swings 3 x 12
- reverse lunges with fat bells 3 x 10/10
- Leg extensions 3 x 10 (heavy)
- Band abductions 2 x failure
