Being a little higher than 7.2 is going to help with recovery and oxygen delivery. You can do it by a number of ways which include but not limited to:

  1. Take a sodium bicarbonate supplement, also known as an antacid.
  2. Follow an Alkaline Diet
  3. Stay Hydrated
  4. Manage Underlying Conditions:
  • Diabetes
  • Kidney disease
  • Cancer
  • Liver failure
  • Seizures
  • Sepsis
  • Low blood sugar
  • Prolonged lack of oxygen
  • Severe dehydration
  • Poisoning from carbon monoxide, aspirin, ethylene glycol, or methanol
  • Asthma
  • Lung disease
  • Nerve or muscle disorders
  • Chest deformity or injury

Prowler: 10x40 yards x 90

Dynamic Squat: 2x2x50%; 2x2x50%+1 set of chains; 2x2x50% + 2 sets of chains; 2x2x50%+3 sets of Chains; 2x2x50% + 4 sets of chains

Dynamic Deadlift: 10x1x60%

Cycle: Commute

Run: Sprints; 10x100 yards. I forgot how awful the transition from bike to run is. This was a quick and great reminder!!!
