Once a month we implement the 1000 rep arm routine that is listed below. It never fails to BLOW up the arms for that Friday "PUMP" We fellas think that the ladies will dig when they see it.

Frankly, every woman that I have asked hasn't cared that much whether the guys' arms are jacked or not, but they DO care how THEIR arms look. LOL.

However, since we guys like a good arm pump, and the extra inch and a half that is added within the next 3-6 months from this routine, I figure it's a good thing to let your significant other have something to hold on to when dancing tonight.

So for no reason other than our VANITY and that added arm girth...

Cycle

Clean the Gym: I added another guy to the mix. West Coast Elite SHINES!

5x20 of the following:

  1. Cable Rope Pushdown
  2. Barbell Curl
  3. DB Supine Tricep Extension
  4. DB Hamer Curl
  5. C/S Tricep Kick Back
  6. Reverse Grip BB Curl
  7. Dips
  8. Seated 1/2 way curls (from thighs to chin)
  9. Single Arm Cross Body Tricep Extensions
  10. Concentration Curl
