I’m not sure if it’s caused by my autoimmune disease, the meds, or a demon inside me, but every time I squat heavy it leaves huge hematomas on my upper back. Maybe I’ll eventually throw a picture up on here. It’s weird. I never had it happen until recently. It’s also making me have issues trying to figure out where to place the bar.
