“The next generation of Marines may operate differently and in different places than the Marines who wear the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor today. Yet they will join a long and proud heritage of Marine fighters who have never turned from a threat or an enemy. We will always remain most ready when our Nation is least ready because we must protect our shores and our citizens. And as the next evolution of warfighting becomes our reality, it will still be the Marines who defend this Nation,” ~Gen. Berger.

Today's Training:

Cycle: Commute

Prowler: 10x40 yds x 90 lbs Cold on cold surfaces make this hard. What a glorious way to start the day!!!

Dynamic Squat: Like Monday. Depth Box Jumps; 10x2 The emphasis today was the depth of the jump, making sure to get BELOW parallel and then EXPLODING up onto the high box with a silent landing. So there will be TWO decelerations in order to accomplish this.

Dynamic Deadlift: Overhead Backward Med Ball Throw; 10x2

GHR: 4x12

Cycle: Commute
