Ab Wheel: 3x12

Rice Paddie Squat: 2x30 seconds. Heels down on the floor, knees out, Hemorrhoids scraping the ground, back on a wall to keep the back straight and upright, head in contact with the same wall.

Bird Dogs: 2x10

Cat/Camel: 2x10

GHR: 5x12

Dynamic Squat: 10x2x 50% + Chains

Dynamic Deadlift: 10xx50% + Chains

Reverse Hyper: 3x12

Forward Stepping Lunge: 3x12

I reviewed Tomorrow's Thanksgiving Workout just to see how long it would take and what carnage it had. It's gonna be great. muahahaha
