It’s hard for me to remember what I’ve done if I don’t write it in my notebook or post right away. I’m still planning to get back on track of posting more regularly. I bought a new computer at work, but haven’t transferred all the data to it yet and have to admit that I'm often resistant to change, event when I realize it would benefit me. As usual, my joints hurt the most on bench which is inhibiting me from increasing in weight as I’d like to. I’m still hoping things will continue to improve.
