Since I had the heart issues (which were caused by Humira) I still have an enlarged left ventricle and need to improve the efficiency of my heart. I’m not at all motivated to do cardio and really need to find a way to make it more enjoyable. Trinity and I are thinking of buy each other bikes for Christmas to take on the local trails on the weekends. Hopefully that will work. Recumbent Bike- 20 mins.
