This 5 day in a row training is kicking my ass. Yeah, I know, YOU might do it but I am not used to it and I am also repeating every muscle group twice except for legs - of which I am doing 10 sessions of cardio a week (5 at 45 minutes and 5 at 30 minutes).

What is happening is I putting my stronger movements at the beginning of the week and trying to focus more on pushing or pulling more weight when I have just come off my Skipload. Later in the week I go for more of a "feel" and rely less on how much weight I moving, opting for more isolation work and slower reps with peak contractions.

By the time the week is done I am ridiculously depleted so when I add in a huge Skipload and the SCGS compound, the results are insane.

Now, this week I did not baseline but I was as lean (if not slightly more so) than the week before but I was fuller, bigger and stronger. I have said this over and over and I will keep saying it: With the combination of Skiploading and the SCGS compound, you can literally grow on the weekends and get leaner during the week. You don't have to believe it but I am doing it and have been for quite some time now.

My plans for the load this weekend and for changes next week are still up in the air. I am leaning towards doing one more run of the fat burner for 1 or 2 weeks and if I do I will skip the loading this time and just focus on stripping body fat for that 1 or 2 weeks. On the one hand, my condition is very good this far out (8 and 10 weeks) but I just really want to push the conditioning so I am contemplating the fat burner one more time. If I can stretch it to 2 weeks I have a feeling I can end up going from 202 to an easy 196 and possibly lower. Problem with that is I could end up too far ahead of schedule at 5 or 6 weeks out but I kinda like how that sounds. :) . It's much easier to pull back than it is to play catch up and conditioning has to be on point with this just over TRT game.

If I decide to run the fat burner next week I will definitely be loading big this weekend again - probably another 1.5 days. If I decide not to run the fat burner next week I will likely push the load time to only Sunday. Growing is real cool while getting leaner but I want to make larger strides in my conditioning especially from the back.

Either way, my Skipload will be full of breakfasts again (like 2 of them) and from there, I have no idea.

Hope you all have a great weekend!
