Trying out our new belt squat machine thanks to our valued member Jeff Faber! We don’t have a lot of any extra money to get new equipment, so having members who can weld and make equipment as well as Jeff is great. The belt squat he made is tough, but it works great. The belt squat is one of the best exercises for any athlete or lifter looking to overload their legs while reducing stress on their shoulders and lower back. I’m still trying to catch up on my log. Embedding the videos from IG, rather than emailing them to myself to make a video to post on youtube should make things a lot easier.
