Today's Training:

No Bike today...I had to drive my Vanborgini then get it SMOG tested (which is a California rip off) and the gas tank filled...(well, we all know the heartache of that)

Prowler: 10x80 yards

Box Squat: 8x25 as quick as you can get it done

Split Squat: 4x25

Walking Lunge: 200 reps on each leg
