April pulled 365 and 385 for doubles and Stephen easily pulled 475+80 lbs of chains for a double to make me look bad. It’s good for me though. I need the motivation.
Lat Saw Cable Rows- 135x10 150x10 165x10 Leg Press- 270x12x3 I’ve had a lot of stress lately which seems to be kicking in my UC symptoms again. This is providing the biggest obstacle to me putting weight, and thus strength, back on. It’s frustrating to say the least. I tend to stay lean, so when I gain weight my strength goes up with it. I just have to keep getting as many calories in as well as trying to manage my stress better. I swear I do more than deadlift, but my other training isn't as interesting to post and I'm still trying to get caught back up.
