Today I wanted to get everyone jacked and tired and to that end, I had a bunch of pre-exhaustion exercises before the main lift in training.

To move the 225 or 250 should have felt like a ton and a half, and it did!

Heart rates were kept high, the perspiration was flowing, and muscle was being optimized.

You didn't have to like it, but you had to do it!

Today's Training:

Run: 5K; 27 ish minutes

Cycle: Commute: 28 minute

Walking Lunge: 200 for each leg

Squats: 45x10;95x10;135x10;185x10;225x10; 4x10x250; 1x15x250

Straight Leg Deadlift: 5x15x135

Cycle: Commute: 30 mins
