Get up brush your teeth and splash some cold water on your grill.

The toothpaste will rid your mouth of that nighttime stench and the cold water will kick the sleep spores out of your pores.

Get to the gym or get out on the road for your run or ride. Don't overthink it, just go!

Put on some angry music if necessary but for the love of GOD...
