I coach! This means I plan out the program (and I do it yearly for the goal and then break it down into training cycles as objectives to meet the goal).

I then teach and reiterate the lifts and the technique for those lifts making sure no stone is left unturned.

The day's objectives are written out daily; if someone doesn't understand "Harryeze" then I explain what I wrote.

What I don't do is count sets and reps. Therefore, if the recommendation is for twelve reps and a person does half the amount and tells me that they did the twelve, who is they think they are getting over on?

I only lead the horse to the water. I can't make them drink it. But lying to me about it (and I KNOW the amount of reps that person has done as well as the top-end weight, well, that's just plain dumb.

Cycle: Commute

KB Ladder: 1-20

Cat/Camel: 20

Fire Hydrants: 2x10 each leg

BOSU Sit-ups: 100 continuous reps

Blast Strap Row: 4x25 use Fat Gripz or 4orce Grips

Low Cable Row: 4x8 go heavier for Goodness's sake. You're only doing eight reps

DB Row: 4x8 Pick up the big dumbells

Fat Gripz Zig Zag Bar Skull Crushers: 4x12

Fat Gripz DB Curl: 4x10
