It's supposed to get up to 108 today and 114 tomorrow in the Bay Area of California and I decided to get it done early Sunday morning while it was still cool.

Now early is a relative term as I usually am finished with my personal self-training by 5:30 or 6:00 o'clock, but I rarely train at all on a Sunday so this was different.

I do feel accomplished as the only two that were around were God and me. So I got some much-needed reflection time in between ramping up for some heavy hex bar deadlifts.

Praise Jesus and lift the fucking weight! Good times!

Today's Training:

Prowler: 10x80x an additional 30 lbs over the norm

GHR: 60 reps in as few sets as possible

4-way Neck: 1x10x5.0

Hex Bar Deadlift: 4 RM

Reverse Hyper: 4x10 (I think I'm going to add these daily. They are such a pleasure after lifting heavy)
