My shoulders hurt so bad that I had to stop which is why I just did bis and tris today. Unfortunately this isn’t even a pain that I can push through, it’s debilitating. Hopefully things will continue to improve. Rope Cable Curls- 60x12 65x12 75x8 Cybex Tricep Extensions- 90x12 100x12 110x10 KB Curls (holding the handles with the bell portion extended out for grip work)- 15x12 20x12x2 Incline DB Tricep Extensions- 20x20x2 25x15 Single Cybex Bicep Curls- 35x12 40x12 45x8 Rope Cable Pressdowns- 45x20x2 60x15 I’ve figured myself out well enough to know that I’m not going to do cardio on a regular basis, so we opted for some sprints instead. These are easy enough to do without having to set anything up. I really need to start incorporating these, or some form of GPP, more often. Sprints x4
