The plan was to deload my shoulders on squats by going reverse band on my heavier sets. Squat 516 x 1 606 x 1 702 x 1, set up the reverse bands but forgot to put them on the bar... Bench Press 225 x 13 reps Worked up a little with the Catapult as well http://vimeo.com/122700295
