Saying that I had a rough Friday night and Saturday with chemo would be an understatement. I had spent most of last week attempting to sleep through a great deal of pain through my bones without success and Friday just hit me hard. I skipped training Friday as my wife was presenting a national project about Autism and I didn't want to miss it. Friday night I'd taken both doses of chemo and I started feeling rough before bed. Saturday it didn't get better. Between Friday night going to bed till Sunday morning (afternoon) getting out of bed I MIGHT have been up a total of 4 hours. Before GOING to bed Saturday night I just ate as much food non-stop as possible and woke up Sunday feeling much better. http://vimeo.com/123146251 Squat warm ups 515 x 1 616 x 1 Add wraps 707 x 1 (depth doggone close) GHR BodyWeight x 6 Light Band x 6 x 3 sets ABS 4 sets of 6 Bench Press 225 x 15 (creeping back) 315 x 1 Add Shirt 365 x 1 (touched) 405 x 1 (best I've done in a long doggone time) JM Presses 3 sets of 20 reps Clint Hams 3
