Last week I gave you the Top 5 Articles You Might Have Missed from 2023. After looking over 2022, I decided to continue the thread. And let me tell you, it was not easy to narrow it down, but here is Another Top 5 Articles You Might Have Missed from 2022.

The older I get, the more I feel that passing on wisdom and life lessons is more important of a message than writing about how to bench press.

Yes, writing about training and technique is critically important in this forum, but I fell that passing on lessons learned and wisdom will help people get through training, athletic prep, dieting and personal life better. And maybe it helps someone be a better person.
