Hook a band under your foot and around your neck. Reach your hips back and lean forward until your on the box. Let your knee roll to the outside on the way down to eliminate valves stress. Keep your big toe into the ground. Don’t plop or crash onto the box, land softly. Then stand up as fast as you can. 3-4 x 6-15
